Another housing marketing model recently delivered ahead of the developer’s launch day on a site near Aberdeen. Our client displays each model on a custom cabinet displaying all their kitchen & bathroom sample options. I always ask sales staff for their honest opinion of the value of the model; once again I was told it is absolutely invaluable “the most valuable resource in the marketing suite” ahead of any brochure or AV. Another member of the team told me about potential buyers at another site who put their coffee cups on the model while they discussed which plot suited their needs best …“this is where we sell houses” he said pointing to the model.
