Model-maker Inver Models produced a series of marketing models for a developer in the Edinburgh and East coast region of Scotland over a period of 7 years This model of a water side development, shows its placement around a canal and marina at Ratho and is modelled at 1:300 scale. It is fully landscaped with all levels correct to 1mm. Surface applied doors and windows were used to give a good level of detail, whilst keeping one eye on the budget.
